ALTERNATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Provides a forum and collegial opportunities for ADR practitioners – both neutrals and advocates. Monitors developments and makes recommendations on ADR rules and procedures in local courts. Serves as liaison between the courts and local ADR practitioners. Produces an annual CLE program on ADR topics. Works with community groups providing ADR.

Monitors activity of the Tennessee Appeals Courts. Makes recommendations on rules, practices and procedure.
