TRIAL PRACTICE IN THE DAVIDSON COUNTY COURTS: CIRCUIT, CHANCERY AND CRIMINAL

The seminar is co-sponsored and supported by the NBA YLD Division and is intended to instruct lawyers who have been in law practice 5 years or less.  Special YLD funds have been allocated to enable new lawyers (in practice 5 years or less) to attend at a significantly discounted seminar rate.

WHO SHOULD ATTENDLawyers who have been in practice 5 years or less.   The seminar is intended to instruct new lawyers about trial practice in the Davidson County courts. 

OVERVIEW:     Chancellors and Judges from the Davidson County Chancery, Circuit and Criminal Courts will focus on courtroom practice.  The program is intended for lawyers who have been in practice 5 years or less.
