WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Attorneys who practice in General Sessions Court or intend to practice in General Sessions Court.

OVERVIEW:  Judge Daniel Eisenstein practiced law for twenty seven (27) years before taking the bench in 2004 as Judge of Division II of the General Sessions Court.  He has been on the bench for the last ten (10) years.  Since he has experienced General Sessions Court practice from both sides of the bench he will share his view of the top ten (10) things he believes are important and helpful to those who practice in the General Sessions Courts.

         1. Local Rules of Practice
         2. Damage issues
         3. Landlord/Tenant Laws
         4. Criminal procedural issues that regularly arise in court proceedings
