OVERVIEW: This program provides a unique insider’s view of the case of U.S. v. Blagojevich, the highly publicized trial in Chicago of the governor and his brother. The presenters will give real case examples of the imprudent use of prosecutorial discretion and provide the story from the perspective of a victim of prosecutorial imprudence in a major public corruption case.
